A movement born of love
We are people, in every part of the world, learning to live from a beautiful state — moving from separation to connection, from suffering to peace.
Our longing is simple: to help you move from a suffering state to a beautiful state, from disconnection to connection, from separation to oneness.
Oneness is a way of living, not a belief you must hold
Oneness grew from the vision of Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji — a dream of a world that is less divided and more connected, less anxious and more at peace.
You don't need to change your faith, leave your life, or believe anything new to be part of it. Whoever you are, wherever you begin, you are welcome here. What we share are simple practices and inner journeys that quiet the noise of the mind, heal old hurts, soften our relationships, and open us to a deeper sense of belonging with all of life.
Your journey can begin anywhere

A weekend at Ekam
Or come in person — spend time at Ekam in India, soaking in the stillness of a space built for awakening.
Ekam means Oneness
Ekam is a temple of stillness rising over the plains of southern India, about 80 kilometres north of Chennai. It was built for one purpose — to help people experience something larger than their everyday selves.
Many who walk through it describe a deep quiet settling over them: a sense of peace, of joy, of connection — whatever their background or beliefs. Nothing is asked of you here except your presence.
The Hiranya Garbha — the golden orb
At the centre of Ekam lives an image the ancient sages spoke of more than ten thousand years ago in the Rig Veda — the Hiranya Garbha, the golden womb from which all things are born. They saw that everything we know — time, space, light, life, awareness — arose from a single source. Modern science tells a similar story and calls it the Big Bang.
You don't have to take any of this on faith. People of every belief, and of none, step into the inner sanctum and simply have their own experience. That is all we hope for you.
A presence handed from one generation to the next
It first appeared
When Sri Bhagavan — the father of Sri Krishnaji — was a small child of three, he experienced the Hiranya Garbha within him. He held it quietly for years, sensing it had come to help people.
It returned
Years later the same presence awakened in Sri Krishnaji at the age of eleven. Those who sat near him — classmates, their families — found themselves moved into a remarkable stillness and peace.
It became a gift to share
In time this came to be shared with others as Deeksha — a quiet transfer of grace. For many, it has been the beginning of a gentler, more connected way of living.
A building shaped like a prayer
Ekam was built from an 800-year-old revelation, following the ancient principles of Vaastu. Every line and proportion was chosen with care — so that simply being inside it gently lifts the heart. Each morning, as the first light touches its golden spires, the whole space seems to come alive.
Beauty with a purpose
You don't need to understand any of this to feel it — but for those who love to know how things are made, here is a little of the thinking woven into Ekam.
The Sri Chakra
At the sanctum rests the largest Sri Chakra in the world — nine interlocking triangles drawing the seeker, step by step, toward a single still point at the centre.
The golden ratio
Ekam's dimensions follow the golden ratio of 1:1.618 — the same proportion found in shells, leaves and galaxies — creating gentle spirals of energy that support the meditator.
The Amrutha Kalasha
The pot-like forms crowning each spire stand for wholeness and abundance. At their tip, a tiny opening marks the meeting point of the vast and the intimate.
The four directions
At each doorway, carved faces and sacred patterns greet you — small invitations to protection, joy, wisdom and awakening as you step inside.
Sri Amma & Sri Bhagavan
At the very source of this movement are two people held with deep love and reverence — Sri Amma and Sri Bhagavan, the spiritual mother and father of Oneness. Many experience them as the feminine and masculine of the formless divine. You are never asked to believe anything; you are only invited to come close and feel for yourself.

From her earliest years, Sri Amma's whole heart has been turned toward easing the suffering of others. To be near her is to feel something tender soften inside you — old fears and hurts quietly loosening their hold. She has a rare gift for taking the deepest truths of life and offering them in the simplest, warmest way, so that anyone can receive them.

Even as a young boy, Sri Bhagavan's one concern was the wellbeing of humanity. He has lived an outwardly ordinary life, yet something in his presence has always drawn people of every age and culture toward him. Many who have simply sat with him speak of a quiet shift — a problem dissolved, a weight lifted, a new sense of peace they carry home.
Sri Preethaji & Sri Krishnaji
Today, Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji carry this work into the world — sharing wisdom, meditation and gentle inner journeys with people across every continent. Their longing is the one that began it all: to help each of us live, more and more, in a beautiful state.
Lokaa & the Lokaa Foundation
Lokaa, the daughter of Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, carries the same love quietly into the lives of others. She leads the Lokaa Foundation, walking beside rural and tribal communities so that they can live with dignity, purpose, and peace.
Her belief is simple and very human: the person comes first, the building comes next. Real change, she feels, begins with how someone feels inside — and from there it grows outward, into homes, into livelihoods, into a gentler way of living with the Earth.
Rural upliftment
Care reaches the communities around Ekam — health, education, clean water and honest livelihoods — while honouring each village's own culture and roots.
Thriving, self-reliant homes
Her dearest work gently helps tribal villages grow into sustainable, self-sufficient communities, living in harmony with nature.
Young hearts, serving
Young people from many nations come to give of themselves — and discover that, in loving a village, they are quietly transformed too.
Come as you are
However you arrived at this page, there is a place for you in Oneness. Take one small step — nine minutes, one gathering, one quiet visit — and see what opens.
