Sessions usually last about 2 hours, however their duration may vary, and the masters reserve the right to change the timing during the program. Breaks for coffee and lunch are scheduled between sessions to restore energy and communicate with other participants.

During the sessions themselves — absolutely not. Before entering the hall, phones and devices must be left outside in order to preserve the attention and overall state of the group. We strongly recommend reducing device use to a minimum during the program.
