PARKING AT HOTEL
The rate is $150 pesos all day for those not staying at the hotel.
The rate for those staying at the hotel is $125 pesos.
It is not necessary to stamp the ticket.
You can enter and exit with the same ticket throughout the day.
NOTE: Please access the parking lot by following the sign that says PENSIONES with a yellow and blue arrow.
WHAT TO BRING
You may bring your own yoga mat; however, the entire floor is carpeted (yoga will be offered daily).
Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and water will be provided.
WHAT TO WEAR
Comfortable clothing.
It is recommended to bring a blanket to cover yourself during bedtime.
REGISTRATION
All FOA participants must register before entering on Thursday, September 18th.
For your convenience, we offer two different registration times. Please consider registering early to speed up and relax your entry on the first day.
Registration: *No one will be registered in advance
Wednesday, September 17th, 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 18th, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
REGISTRATION FORM
Registration will be conducted by the first letter of your last name.
On the wall in front of the registration tables, you can look for your letter; it will be listed alphabetically.
You will be given a name badge to identify you during the four days of the FOA.
People who do not wear their badge WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE EVENT.
ENTERING THE BALLROOM
Take the elevator to the CN floor. You can take the stairs to the 1st floor.
Ballroom name: Ballroom.
The restrooms are located on the same floor, down the hallway, on the other side of the ballroom.
HALL PROCEDURES
Please carefully read all instructions that must be followed (out of respect for Sri Preethaji) throughout your trip on the FOA.
Make sure your cell phone is turned off before handing it over to the person who will be guarding it.
All participants must be inside the hall before Sri Preethaji enters.
A bell will ring, and all participants will be asked to enter the hall approximately 5 minutes early.
Breaks are only 15 to 20 minutes long, so we suggest you check your time if you are going to the restroom (there will be two sections for accessing the restrooms) or ask for your cell phone.
When the doors are closed, no one will be allowed to enter, as it is a distraction for the beginning of the procedure and for Sri Preethaji.
You will not be allowed to enter the salon wearing shoes, so it is suggested that you wear warm socks (preferably dark-colored) so they do not distract you from your process.
Cups of coffee, tea, or any food items are not permitted in the salon.
Only water bottles or sealed water cylinders are allowed.
LOCAL EATERIES & RESTAURANTS
The Double Tree and Garden Hotel restaurants are available.
Plaza Samara is an 11-minute walk and a 5-minute drive away, behind the hotel.
SHU Restaurant is located next to the hotel. Please note that it may take longer to eat there.
