What to Bring & Wear

What to Bring

  • Water Bottle — There is a water dispenser accessible for refilling. Please help us be green!
  • Yoga Pad — They will not be supplied, but the flooring is all carpeted. We will be doing yoga every day.

What to Wear During FOA

Think comfortable, layered, respectful. Consider bringing a blanket or shawl, sweatshirt, sweater, and clothes for layering.

Shoes will be removed and stored in a separate designated area prior to entering the main hall each day. You may consider bringing socks, slippers, or flip-flops once shoes are removed.

🌿

Wellness Guidelines

  • We encourage you to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated during the course.
  • We also encourage you to eat healthy, get sleep, and take care of yourself.
  • If you or someone you have been in close contact with is experiencing a sickness, we encourage you to let us know at the information table to help you make accommodations. We encourage masks if your sickness is airborne.
While the hotel and Oneness organizers are committed to providing a safe and secure environment, we remind all participants and volunteers that maintaining a healthy and safe experience is a shared responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us ensure a positive and protected gathering for everyone in our community.
