Not your typical winter camp

A celebration of spirit and body

Created for young people who want to explore life more fully while enjoying the winter break, it offers a balanced experience that goes far beyond a traditional camp.

The Oneness Generation Winter Camp is a blend of play, connection and personal growth, where outdoor adventure and group games meet moments of reflection and inner exploration.

Set on the Sattva Campus at Ekam Oneness, days unfold with treks, team challenges and playful group activities. These experiences are complemented by guided meditation, awareness practices and spacious time to rest and reflect. Participants are gently supported to explore what truly matters to them, develop clarity and confidence, and grow within a warm, inclusive community that honours each person's own pace.

Meals are nourishing, generous and enjoyable, thoughtfully prepared to support active days, with space for treats and familiar favourites along the way. The campus, built for stillness and shaped by years of meditation and teaching, naturally invites deeper connection to oneself, to others and to the world around us. And yes, when the sun goes down the campus has been known to come alive with music, laughter, karaoke and celebration, never more so than on the night the year turns.

The key is in you

Happiness, from within

At the Winter Camp you will learn how to understand your inner world, work with challenging emotions and gently release inner conflicts, supported every step of the way, just as you are.

Past experiences and worries about the future can make life feel heavier than it needs to be. Learning to live from a place of inner peace and joy helps lighten that burden.

At the Winter Camp, this skill is cultivated through the practices listed below.

Light Yoga Read moreClose

Short sessions of gentle movement and simple yoga postures help the body relax, release tension and regain balance after active play or meditation. These practices support physical ease and overall well-being throughout the camp.

Guided Meditation Read moreClose

Throughout the camp, participants are introduced to two core meditation practices they can continue using long after the programme ends.

One is a guided meditation of around fifteen minutes, where participants are gently led into a calm inner state and guided to manifest a heartfelt intention. This practice helps cultivate clarity, emotional balance and a sense of direction.

The second is a short, five-minute awareness meditation focused on observing thoughts and emotions as they arise. By learning to stay present with their inner experience, participants develop greater self-understanding and the ability to respond to life with more ease and stability.

These practices are rooted in consciousness-based teachings that work directly with inner states, intention and awareness.

Pranayama (Breathwork) Read moreClose

Within meditation processes, pranayama is used to activate and guide prana, the life force, through conscious breathing. These techniques help quiet mental activity and dissolve inner blocks, allowing participants to gain fresh insight into themselves and experience the world with greater clarity and ease.

Deep Reflective Processes Read moreClose

Embark on inner journeys facilitated by senior monks, helping you release stagnant energies, emotional imprints and habitual patterns that no longer serve you. Let go of the burdens of the past and step into greater freedom, clarity and transformation.

Wisdom Read moreClose

Take in the teachings of Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji, shared from direct inner realisation and lived experience, grounded in Vedic wisdom and modern neuroscience. Gain invaluable insights and a fresh perspective on life to navigate challenges with ease.

Breakout Groups Read moreClose

Throughout the camp you will regularly meet in a small breakout group to share what is on your mind, ask questions and connect more closely with other participants. In past camps, many participants have said this was their favourite part of the experience.

Take

The benefits home

The Winter Camp is designed to be practical, not just inspiring. Participants leave with tools to handle emotions, reduce stress, communicate better and return to daily life with more clarity, confidence and inner steadiness. They also learn two core meditation practices they can continue using on their own long after camp ends.

Build emotional resilience

We practise meditations that support your inner state and help you respond to stressful situations with greater clarity, steadiness and ease.

Awaken your leadership potential

Leadership starts from within. Participants build responsibility, learn to make conscious choices and develop the ability to care for others, becoming a steady, positive presence in their communities and relationships.

Make friends for life

Meaningful encounters turn strangers into friends. We talk, explore and celebrate together. Heartfelt connections become the basis for lasting relationships.

Learn to care for nature

We develop a fuller understanding of the interconnectedness of our inner state and the environmental crisis. From awareness we contribute to nature's wellbeing.

Express your unique identity

We create a safe space for you to fully be yourself. Away from parents, school and university you will experience new levels of independence and empowerment.

Begin the year clear

The camp carries you across the turn of the year. You leave on the first day of 2027 with a settled inner state and a clear intention for the year ahead.
