WHAT TO BRING
Water Bottle – There is a water dispenser accessible for refilling. Please help us be green!
Yoga Pad – They will not be supplied, but the flooring is all carpeted. We will be doing yoga every day.
WHAT TO WEAR
Think comfortable, layered, respectful. Consider bringing a blanket or shawl, sweatshirt, sweater, clothes for layering. Shoes will be removed and stored in a separate designated area prior to entering the main hall each day. You may consider bringing socks, slippers or flip-flops once shoes are removed.
Wellness Guidelines for Participants
We encourage you to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated during the course.
We also encourage you to eat healthy, get sleep, and take care of yourself.
If you or someone you have been in close contact with is experiencing a sickness, we encourage you to let us know at the information table to help you make accommodations. We encourage masks, if your sickness is airborne.
While the hotel and Oneness organizers are committed to providing a safe and secure environment, we remind all participants and volunteers that maintaining a healthy and safe experience is a shared responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us ensure a positive and protected gathering for everyone in our community.
REGISTRATION
For your convenience, we are offering 2 different registration times. Every FOA participant MUST register before they can enter on Thursday, March 27. Please consider the early registration Wednesday, March 26 to expedite and relax your entry on Day 1 of FOA.

GENERAL DAILY SCHEDULE
Please note, we will make every attempt to adhere to this schedule, AND there may be changes made to it.
THURSDAY, March 27 – Day 1
5:45 am - 7:45 am – Registration near the Floridian Ballroom
8:00 am – Field of Awakening Begins in the Floridian Ballroom
8:00 am – 7:00 pm – Typical daily schedule with the exception of Day 3.
There will be morning and afternoon breaks and a minimum of one hour for lunch each day.
The last session – Day 5 on Monday, March 31st will end by 5:00 pm. Thank you for your flexibility!
*Hotel checkout is 11 am so plan accordingly if you are leaving Monday.
FOA BOUTIQUE
There will be many opportunities throughout your break times to visit and shop at the FOA Boutique. It will not be open during breakout group sessions.
