A community of your own, gathered around the Manifest.
The Enlightened Masters Sri Preethaji and Sri Krishnaji are offering leaders within the movement the opportunity to develop and grow their own community, with the direct teachings of Oneness delivered to it every month of the year.
-
Your calendar
Start in any month. Hold each session on the date your community can keep, online or gathered in a room.
-
Your price
You receive payment from your community and remit a per-participant fee to Oneness. What you charge, and what you add, is yours to decide.
-
Played for you
At your session time, the Oneness secretary team plays Sri Preethaji's recorded Manifest into your Zoom meeting. You host; they carry the session.
Why the Masters are offering this
Manifest Communities have grown around the world. This is the opportunity to build one that is yours, nurtured by Oneness, and to make it your dharma and your living.
Grow a community of your own
Manifest is the process through which participants receive Sri Preethaji's continued guidance. As a Community Leader you offer it to a community you manage and operate. The community is yours: the invitation, the welcome, the room, and the year of growth that follows.
Reach people who have not yet met Oneness
The true purpose is to welcome new participants from outside. Your relationships, your reach, and your outreach bring the teachings to people no general page would ever find.
Bring past seekers home
A community is also a place for those who once walked with Oneness to return to. Many will come back for a monthly gathering with a leader they know when they would not return to a course alone.
Hold them together, not one by one
You could send the people you serve to the general Manifest individually. A community keeps them together, with you, for twelve months. Sri Preethaji's intention is that participants gather, in person or online, and hold their commitment to the practice each month as a community.
Make it your work
You receive payment from your community and remit a fee to Oneness based on your enrolment. Every community is different, with different add-ons and a different price to its members. The core Manifest is the same for all. The rest is your creation.
From application to a full year with your community
Apply
Complete the Community Leader application at the bottom of this page. It asks about your background, the community you already have, your plan to reach your first participants, the day of the month you propose, and how this sits alongside your other work. Oneness will then arrange to discuss it with you. Accepted leaders receive the Community Leader guidelines, the code of conduct, and the registration details for their community.
Gather your community
A Manifest Community is a minimum of fifty participants. A new community has six months to reach that number, with assistance from Oneness along the way. Fifty is where growth really begins, and where the benefits become visible for the members and for the leader.
Set your calendar
Choose your starting month and the date within each month your community can keep, then submit the full twelve-month schedule to the Oneness administrative office before you begin. One program cycle is twelve sessions over one year.
Every community, whatever its start date, receives the same theme in the same calendar month. A community that starts in January 2027 completes the year in December 2027; a community that starts in April 2027 completes it in March 2028. In April, both are holding the April Manifest, Divine Protection.
Host the session
Each month there is one session of three and a half hours. At your scheduled time, the Oneness secretary team plays Sri Preethaji's recorded Manifest for the month into a Zoom meeting: her wisdom teaching, a meditation process, and Deeksha. Each theme is newly recorded for the 2027 program.
If your community meets online, they join the Zoom meeting from home. If you meet in person, you bring the Zoom meeting into your room with a screen and good sound, and sit with your community through the whole session.
Hold the month
In the other weeks of the month you run whatever serves your community: a review of the last session, a preview of what is coming, follow-up meditation or yoga, a circle, a call. This is where your value as a leader is felt, and where your own offerings belong.
If someone misses a session
There is no archived viewing. Sri Preethaji's intention is that participants gather and hold their intention to practice each month. A participant who misses a session may attend a make-up session hosted by another community, for at most one of the twelve sessions in the year.
What Oneness charges your community
Annual Manifest membership, per participant, in US dollars. The rate is tiered by the size of your community, and falls as it grows.
- Community of 1 to 50 participants
- USD 400per participant, for the year
- Community of 51 to 100 participants
- USD 350per participant, for the year
- Community of 101 to 200 participants
- USD 300per participant, for the year
- Community of 201 or more participants
- USD 250per participant, for the year
What you charge
You freely determine the retail price of your community's program. Oneness imposes no restriction. The community rate above is what Oneness receives for the Manifest itself; the difference, and everything you add around it, is yours.
How your participants pay you
Monthly, or as one annual payment: the choice is yours. You handle your participants' payments, refunds, and cancellations. A higher monthly fee alongside an annual discount is recommended: it helps participants commit to the full year and reduces your administrative work.
How you pay Oneness
In quarterly instalments, or on receipt in arrears. Oneness should receive payment once you have been paid and once the corresponding sessions have been delivered.
What is included
All twelve monthly Manifests with Sri Preethaji, played into your Zoom meeting at your scheduled session times, for every registered participant in your community.
The Manifest is the center. You build the year around it.
The core monthly theme and teaching are identical across every community. Every community is different in what its leader adds, and therefore in what it is worth to its members.
Review and preview
A gathering in the weeks after each Manifest to revisit the teaching and set the practice, and a preview before the next one so the community arrives ready.
Meditation and yoga follow-up
Follow-up meditation or yoga sessions on separate dates through the month, keeping the month's process alive between Manifests.
Coaching and direct calls
Coaching or one-to-one calls with members, for leaders whose work already includes it. The Manifest year is a natural container for it.
The room itself
For in-person communities: a beautiful venue, a shared meal after the session, childcare, translation into your community's language, printed materials for the year.
Gatherings and retreats
A day retreat mid-year, a closing celebration at the end of the cycle, a group visit to a Oneness event or to Ekam. Twelve months give you twelve reasons to bring your people together.
Your first fifty, and the growth after
Fifty participants within six months is the first target, and the point from which exponential growth becomes possible. Leaders who reach it tend to do these things.
Start with your own relationships
Participants should ideally be invited through your own relationships and new outreach. Your class, your clients, your congregation, your circle, your list, your followers. Do not begin with strangers.
Re-engage past seekers
A community is also a platform to bring back those who once walked with Oneness. A personal invitation from a leader they know is often what they were waiting for.
Invite personally before you announce publicly
A message, a call, or a conversation with the twenty people most likely to say yes gives you a founding group. Announce to everyone else once those twenty are in, so that the room is never empty.
Lead with one month, not twelve
People join for what is nearest. Invite them to the coming month's theme, and tell them what follows. Use the twelve themes below in every invitation.
Show, do not describe
Share the Manifest film and the voices of participants from the Manifest 2027 page. A short clip of Sri Preethaji does more than a paragraph about her.
Grow alongside others
There may be several communities in your country or even your city, and participants are free to compare and choose. Good practice is to grow your community as others grow around you. Seekers will choose the leader and the community that holds them best.
Each Manifest is a full session with Sri Preethaji: her wisdom teaching, a meditation process, and Deeksha.
Since it began in 2021, Manifest has reached more than 100,000 families. In 2027 the year is built as a single arc: twelve Manifests, each devoted to one dimension of life, from the vitality of the body to the flowering of the heart, from purpose and wealth to family, the Divine, and the energies of a new beginning. Every theme is newly recorded for 2027, and your community receives all of it, together.
Twelve Manifests, twelve awakenings
The same theme in the same calendar month for every community, whatever its start date. Use these in your invitations; the full description of every month is on the Manifest 2027 page.

Who we are looking for
Someone with people already around them, and the readiness to hold them through a year.
We are not looking for a following. We are looking for a real community and a person that community already trusts: a teacher, a coach, a practitioner, a host, an organizer, a Tapasvi, an OWL or NOA member, someone who has led a group before and knows what it asks. If you awaken to this leadership as part of your dharma, we encourage you to explore how you would reach fifty participants within six months, and to tell us in the application.
One cycle, twelve sessions
A program cycle is twelve months, one session a month, with the full schedule submitted before you begin.
Live gathering, not an archive
Sessions are received together at the scheduled time. Recordings are not available afterwards. One make-up session with another community is permitted in the year.
Fifty participants
The minimum community size, with six months and Oneness's assistance to reach it.
Your responsibilities
Gathering and hosting your community, handling its payments, refunds, and cancellations, and remitting the community rate to Oneness. Leaders agree to the Community Leader guidelines and code of conduct.
At the discretion of Oneness
Community access to Manifest remains at the discretion of Oneness. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance as a Manifest Community Leader.
A community that walks the sacred year together rises together.
If you already hold a circle of people, and you feel this leadership is part of your dharma, the application is below.
Apply to lead a Manifest community
Take your time with it. The form saves nothing until you press submit, so gather your answers before you begin. It is available in eight languages; choose yours at the top of the form.
