Day 1
On Day 1 Sri Preethaji teaches you the extraordinary art of awareness. You realize how strongly your inner state influences your decision, action and destiny. You immerse yourself intensively in the process of awareness. The regions of the brain required for awareness are activated, while the areas that cause you stress are calmed down. In addition, you will be shown the way to actively enter a state of awareness in every situation in life.
The focus of the day is on the experience of Universal Intelligence - the unitary fabric of consciousness that powers all manifestation. You can think of it as the Divine or as a field of unlimited possibilities.
Day 2
On Day 2, you will learn to activate dormant spiritual energy within you, the source of greatness and abundance in all aspects of life. The process involves mystic techniques to enhance the flow of cosmic energy, or prana, through your body.
Using yogic movements and breath practices, you'll circulate prana through your chakras, awakening and energizing them. This activation helps you break free of negative, stressful states wired in your energy bodies and anchor you to the beautiful state of joy. In this state, you become fully present, experiencing joy as a natural and constant expression, independent of external conditions.
Day 3
Day 3 is about dissolving the compulsive and destructive goals and desires that arise from fear and insecurity. You learn the practice of overcoming your fear-centeredness from which you cannot act wisely.
The focus of the day is on the Mooladhara chakra. In an activated state, the root chakra provides stability in your finances, relationships, and career. It grounds you and strengthens your sense of security and belonging.

Day 4
Day 4 is all about freeing yourself from your physical, emotional, and mental addictions. This includes food and substances of all kinds. It includes negative addictive attitudes. And the underlying emotions that power all addictions.
These addictive tendencies dictate your behavior.
The focus of the day is on the Svadishtana chakra. In a purified and activated state, the sacral chakra brings you joy in everything you are, do, and experience. You become creative and attract precisely those things and circumstances that make life abundant.
Day 5
On day 5, the focus of the day is on the Manipura chakra. The longing and desire for significance, recognition, and importance are in the foreground. Driven by this, you are unable to connect to your work and the people you work with. You are lonely on your journey to achievement. Such a lonely journey tires you.
