WHAT TO BRING
Water Bottle – There is a water dispenser accessible for refilling. Please help us be green!
Yoga Pad – They will not be supplied, but the flooring is all carpeted. We will be doing yoga every day.

WHAT TO WEAR
Think comfortable, layered, respectful. Consider bringing a blanket or shawl, sweatshirt, sweater, clothes for layering. Shoes will be removed and stored in a separate designated area prior to entering the main hall each day. You may consider bringing socks, slippers or flip-flops once shoes are removed.

Wellness Guidelines for Participants
We encourage you to drink a lot of water to stay hydrated during the course.
Take care of yourself by eating healthy and staying well rested.
If you or someone you have been in close contact with are feeling ill, please consider wearing a mask.
While the hotel and Oneness organizers are committed to providing a safe and secure environment, we remind all participants and volunteers that maintaining a healthy and safe experience is a shared responsibility. GENERAL DAILY SCHEDULE
Please note, we will make every attempt to adhere to this schedule, AND the schedule can change throughout the five days.
WEDNESDAY, September 24 – Day 1
10:00 am - 1:45 pm – Registration in the Pre-Function area near the Grand Ballroom
2:00 pm – Field of Awakening Begins in the Grand Ballroom
8:00 am - 7:00 pm – Typical daily schedule except for Day 1
There will be morning and afternoon breaks and a minimum of one hour for lunch each day.
The last session – Day 5 on Sunday, September 28th will end by 5:00 pm. Thank you for your flexibility!
*Hotel checkout is 11 am so plan accordingly if you are leaving Sunday.
