Notebook & Pen To capture your insights, awarenesses, and breakthroughs. These will not be provided at the venue.

Water Bottle with a Lid Stay well hydrated throughout. Open drinks are not permitted inside the hall. Beverages are available for purchase at the hotel.

Eye Mask For deeper focus during meditation and Experiential Processes — highly recommended.

Warm Layers & Blanket November in Niseko is the start of the snow season. Warm thermals, a sweater, and a blanket are essential. You'll appreciate them in the hall too.

Comfortable, Loose Clothing Dress comfortably and flexibly. Daytime temperatures in November range from 0–8°C. Layering is strongly recommended.

Indoor Slippers Bring soft slippers or indoor shoes for comfortable movement throughout the venue during sessions.

Onsen Essentials Hilton Niseko Village has a natural hot spring. Towels are provided by the hotel. A perfect way to unwind and deepen your inner journey each evening.
Please Note: Notebooks, pens, and blankets will not be provided at the venue. Please bring all of these yourself. Open drinks are not permitted inside the program hall.
Important Notes

Please Read Before You Arrive

Accommodation: 6 nights of accommodation are included in your ticket price (November 17–23). Check-in is on November 17 from 3:00 PM onwards — please plan to arrive the evening before the program begins. Check-out is on November 23. The Oneness Japan team will arrange your room at Hilton Niseko Village — you do not need to make a separate hotel booking. Full details will be shared via the WhatsApp group.

Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in your ticket for Days 1–5. On the final day (November 23), dinner is not included. Dinner on that day is available at the Hilton Niseko Village's restaurants at your own cost.

Travel Costs: Transportation from your home to the venue (Hilton Niseko Village) is at your own expense. From New Chitose Airport (CTS), the venue is approximately 1.5–2 hours by car or bus.

Program Hours: This is a full-day, 6-day immersive program running from morning through evening. The final day (November 23) may run longer than scheduled — please plan your return flight for the evening of the 23rd or the morning of the 24th.

Schedule Changes: The program schedule may be updated. All latest information will be shared via the WhatsApp group and by email. Please ensure you have joined the WhatsApp group.

Onsen (Hot Spring): Hilton Niseko Village has a natural hot spring facility. Please follow the onsen rules. Please note that tattoos may restrict access to the onsen.

Health & Wellbeing: The program requires sustained deep focus and presence over several days. Please arrive well-rested and in good health. If you have any health concerns, please contact the team before participating.

🌨️ November Climate in Niseko — Daytime temperatures of 0–8°C. The first snowfall of the season is typical. Bring a warm outer layer, thermal innerwear, and gloves. The program hall is fully heated.
♨️ Natural Onsen (Hot Spring) — Soak in the natural hot spring after evening sessions for deep rest and inner stillness. A beautiful way to close each day of transformation.
🍱 All meals — breakfast, lunch, and dinner — are included in your ticket for Days 1–5. On the final day (November 23), dinner is not included. Dinner is available at the hotel's restaurants at your own cost.
🏔️ Mt. Yotei Views — Known as Hokkaido's own Mt. Fuji, the majestic Mt. Yotei rises just outside. An early morning walk deepens the inner silence of the day ahead.

📄 General Entry Requirements for All Visitors
