What to Bring & Wear

What to Bring

  • Water Bottle — Water dispensers available on-site for refilling. Please help us stay green!
  • Yoga Pad — Not supplied at the venue. Flooring is carpeted but you will need your own mat. Yoga is part of each day.
  • Journal — For reflections and insights throughout your journey.
  • Warm Layer / Jacket — September evenings in the Alps can be 8–12°C. Bring something warm for before and after sessions.

What to Wear During FOA

Think comfortable, layered, and respectful. September in Garmisch can be warm during the day but cool in the mornings and evenings at altitude.

Consider bringing a blanket, shawl, or sweater as the hall may be cool.

Shoes will be removed before entering the main hall each day. You may wish to bring socks, slippers, or comfortable indoor footwear.

🌿

Wellness Guidelines

  • We encourage you to drink plenty of water to stay well-hydrated throughout the course. Alpine air can be drying.
  • We encourage you to eat healthily, rest well, and take good care of yourself — nourishment supports transformation.
  • If you or anyone you have been in close contact with is unwell, please let us know at the information table so we can make appropriate accommodations. We encourage masks if your illness is airborne.
  • The nearest hospital is Klinikum Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Auenstraße 6 (approx. 1.5 km from venue) · Tel: +49 8821 77-0
While the Kongresshaus and Oneness organisers are fully committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment, maintaining a healthy and protected experience is a shared responsibility. We deeply appreciate your cooperation in supporting a positive and caring gathering for everyone in our community.
